Shipping

We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Countries that we currently DO NOT ship to include the UAE, North Korea, Russia, Afghanistan, Western Sahara, Tadjikistan, French Southern Territories, Indian Ocean territory, US Minor Outlying Islands.

All orders include postage and packaging costs, which are detailed within your purchase order.  Orders within Finland, are sent by Posti, and all international purchases by DHL Express or Bring. All deliveries will be insured.

Orders above 500€:

Shipping 2-5 working days: Free

Orders under 500€:

Domestic shipping/ Posti Kotipaketti, 3-5 working days: 9,90€

DHL Express Worldwide, 2-4 working days: 30€

NON EU-COUNTRIES: VAT 24% will be deducted at checkout (Tax free purchase), however please note that you are liable for your country’s import duties and taxes. These are not pre-calculated in our shipping cost.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the item, its availability in stock, delivery method chosen as well as delivery destination.  Some pieces will be made to order, therefore delivery may take longer than items found in stock.

Please note, when selecting a shipping method, this may be in addition to production time.

Delivery time in stock pieces:

Finland: 2-5 business days, depending on chosen delivery method.

Worldwide shipping: 1-5 business days, depending on chosen delivery method.

Delivery time on made to order:

Worldwide: 4-6 weeks

Returns

Only items found in stock have a return policy.  However, in case of rings and bracelets, if the size is incorrect, they can be exchanged for a different size. All returns, once approved, must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. We will only refund unworn, undamaged pieces, in original packaging with tags attached and unaltered. 

Items must have original tags intact in order to be refunded.

Return items within Finland, the customer will be charged 9,90€ which will be deducted from the refund amount. International returns will be charged 15€ for return shipping from the refund. For exchanges, there will be no extra costs for the customer.
