Shipping

We ship within all EU countries and the United States.  If you would like shipping to another region, please contact us via email (info@natalinajewellery.com) or by telephone at +358 40 660 7553.

All orders include postage & packaging costs, which is detailed within your purchase order.  All orders within Finland, are sent by Posti, and all international purchases by DHL Express.  All deliveries will be insured.

Delivery cost EU and USA: 20€

PLEASE NOTE, for non-EU countries you are liable for your country’s import duties and taxes. These are not pre-calculated in our shipping cost.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the item, its availability in stock, delivery method chosen as well as delivery destination.  Some pieces will be made to order, therefore delivery may take longer than items found in stock.

Please note, when selecting a shipping method, this may be in addition to production time.

Delivery time in stock pieces:

Finland: 3-5 business days

EU countries and USA: 3-5 business days

Delivery time on made to order:

Finland, EU countries and USA: 3-4 weeks

Returns

Only items found in stock have a return policy.  However, in case of rings, if the size is incorrect, they can be exchanged for a different size. All returns, once approved, must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. We will only refund unworn, undamaged pieces, in original packaging with tags attached and unaltered. 

Items must have original tags intact in order to be refunded.

The shipping cost of returns will be applicable to the customer. For exchanges, there will be no extra costs for the customer.
