These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Natalina Jewellery online store and all orders placed through it. By using the online store you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.

We reserve the right to change or update the content of the online store, including changes to prices, product selection or these Terms. In case we make substantial changes to these Terms or Privacy Policy, we aim to notify our Customers in advance on our website.

Unauthorized use or copying of the contents or material of the Natalina Jewellery online store is prohibited.

Natalina Jewellery processes online customers’ personal data for the managing and processing of orders and deliveries, managing customer relations and for direct marketing purposes. We also process the information of online visitors for trend detection and analytics.

Personal data will never be transferred for marketing purposes to any third parties outside our company and our collaborators.  We will not sell your personal data to any third parties.

However, if necessary, we may disclose your personal information to comply with applicable laws or government requirements in order to safeguard our legal interests or to detect or prevent fraud and security or technical issues.

Only in the case where it is agreed upon with a client directly can any information be otherwise used externally.


To place an order you must meet the criteria set for ordering and give true and accurate information of yourself. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order in the Natalina Jewellery online store. You may submit an order either as a registered customer or without creating an account.

We reserve the right to cancel placed orders. A binding order contract will only be formed when we send you an order confirmation confirming the availability and delivery time of your order.

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties required by their own country. For orders outside the EU we do not charge the Finnish value added tax.

Discount or promotion codes will not be deducted afterwards.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money.


For payment we use Paytrail, PayPal and Klarna.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Eurocard, as well as payments via the following online banks:

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

In the case that an item you have ordered is unavailable, Natalina Jewellery will be in contact with you. As sellers, we have the right to cancel any purchase.  

Please note, the shopping cart does not reserve items until payment has been fulfilled.


We ship worldwide!

All orders include postage and packaging costs, which are detailed within your purchase order.  Orders within Finland, are sent by Posti, and all international purchases by DHL Express or Bring. All deliveries will be insured.

Orders above 500€:

Express shipping 2-5 working days: Free

Orders under 500€:

Domestic shipping/ Posti Kotipaketti, 3-5 working days: 9,90€

Express Worldwide, 2-5 working days: 30€

NON EU-COUNTRIES: VAT 24% will be deducted at checkout (Tax free purchase), however please note that you are liable for your country’s import duties and taxes. These are not pre-calculated in our shipping cost.

Shipping to Russia is currently unavailable.

Delivery time depends on the item, its availability in stock, delivery method chosen as well as delivery destination.  Some pieces will be made to order, therefore delivery may take longer than items found in stock.

Please note, when selecting a shipping method, this may be in addition to production time.

Delivery time in stock pieces:

Finland: 2-5 business days, depending on chosen delivery method.

Worldwide shipping: 1-5 business days, depending on chosen delivery method.

Delivery time on made to order:

Worldwide: 4-6 weeks


Only items found in stock have a return policy.  However in case of rings, if the size is incorrect, they can be exchanged for a different size. All returns, once approved, must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. We will only refund unworn, undamaged pieces, in original packaging with tags attached and unaltered.  

Items must have original tags intact in order to be refunded.

The shipping cost of returns will be applicable to the customer. For exchanges, there will be no extra costs for the customer.

Items that are made to order (not found in stock) have no return policyexcept for rings, which can be exchanged for a different size.


We guarantee all Natalina Jewellery items. This guarantee, however, does not apply to normal wear and use, nor does it apply to what could be seen as poor maintenance.   As these are natural stones they can be damaged with hard surfaces.  


These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its provisions regarding choice of law.

Any disputes that cannot be solved by negotiations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

Natalina Jewellery has the right to cancel a purchase, if a clear and obvious error has occurred in pricing.  This means the potential pricing mistake of an item online. Where the pricing of the item differs so significantly and clearly from it’s original and standard pricing that it can be deemed an error. An obvious error could be the price being 0,00 Euro, or the amount entirely missing, or the price differing from its original by hundreds of Euros.  


Natalina Jewellery shall not be liable for any defects in its products, delays and deliveries or other breaches of agreement that are attributable to causes beyond Natalina Jewellery´s reasonable control. Examples of force majeur could be illness of employees, restrictions in import and export, problems in ict-communication, problems with electricity network, and problems in the supply chain. If the force majeur situation continues for a month, both counterparts are entitled to cancel the purchase without any penalties.
